Where are you located?

We are located in Guelph, Ontario – some like to refer to it as the Portland of the north – we’ll take it!  

How long will it take for me to get my order?

After careful consideration, we decided it was of utmost importance to us to source as much of our production as locally as possible. We do stock inventory of some of our product, but other items are made to order. Please allow two weeks for production of made to order items. Once you receive your tracking number, domestic orders are typically received within 5 business days. If you have not received your package within 10 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Some items say they may take 2-3 weeks to ship, while others are currently in stock - will I have to pay twice the shipping? 

Nope, that's on us! As soon as we have one of your products available, we'll ship it off to you right away. When your next item comes in, we'll send that off to you too - free of charge. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! In fact, we ship to almost every country. Just add your desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout and see if your country is available for selection. Please allow extra delivery time for international orders.

Note: there may be additional customs fees and import taxes on international orders, these are your responsibility.

How do I know what size I am?

Each product page has a product-specific sizing chart. Make sure you look at each before you order as some of our items vary in sizing. Note that all our sizing is currently unisex. 

What is the best way to care for NWC gear?

It is recommended that you wash our products inside-out, in cold water, with like colours. To minimize shrinking, tumble dry on low, but for best results, hang dry. Don’t forget to look at the product-specific label for additional instructions.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal too!
